rack space to every member. The fees are dependent on the requirements.

Rackspace is provided in standard 19 inch racks and are located in
professional housing space, which include air conditioning, UPS,
emergency power generator as well as an access control system.
- Ports
- The following connection types are supported:
10BaseT, 100BaseTX, 1000BaseTX, 1000BaseSX, 1000BaseLX, 1000BaseLH
- First-Level-Support
- Within the scope of the INXS connection, Cable & Wireless will provide first level support for the INXS. This includes:
- 24x7 emergency telephone support to troubleshoot problems with
the INXS infrastructure and equipment connected to the INXS
- 24x7 access to the exchange point facilies for authorized
personnel. There has to be a written authorization for every
person by the INXS member.
Extended support (e.g. Installations etc) is possible with a seperate
contract.
This extended service will be billed according to the
Cable & Wireless price list.
